Russia has intensified its air raids to Ukraine for weeks. Once again, the west is far from the front line.
According to media reports, Russia again attacked regions in the west of Ukraine during the night. Places far from the front line were attacked with drones and rockets, wrote “The Kyiv Independent”. Referring to their own reporters, it was said that explosions could be heard in the western cities of Lwiw and Czernowitz. The public service broadcaster Suspline also reported an explosion in the city of Lutsk. As “The Kyiv Independent” continued, the Air Force had warned of ballistic rockets and drones from Russia that aimed western. Citing authorities, drones were also on the way to the regions of Ternopil and Wolhynia during the night, according to the portal.
The RBK-Ukraine news agency reported that air alarm had been triggered in Wolhynia. The authorities called on the population to stay in the shelters, as it was said. As a result of the attacks, a fire broke out in a building in LWIW, as it was said in reference to the mayor.
Referring to the Polish Air Force, “The Kyiv Independent” reported that the neighboring country had fighter planes to protect its own airspace.
