The Donald Trump government declared the Epstein affair to be done-not the way his followers imagined. The president is upset.
US President Donald Trump asked his supporters to end the attacks on his government because of the affair to end the sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. “What about my ‘boys’ and in some cases too ‘girls’?” Trump wrote on Saturday on his online platform Truth Social. “You all target Justice Minister Pam Bondi, who does a fantastic job!”, Trump, who was massively criticized, took protection.
“We are in a team, Maga, and I don’t like what happens,” added Trump to his right Maga camp (“Make America Great Again”, makes America great again). The United States would have a “perfect government” that is being discussed worldwide-and “selfish people try to harm it, and all because of a man who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein,” complied with the US President.
Justice Minister Bondi is criticized
Many Trump supporters had recently said outraged because his government did not keep a promise to the Epstein scandal: she wanted to bring light to the scandal around US billionaire, which was found dead in his prison cell in Manhattan in 2019. The investment banker was accused of misused numerous girls and young women.
Trump’s Minister of Justice Bondi and the head of the Federal Police FBI, Kash Patel, had fueled speculation that there was a secret “customer list” of Epstein with prominent names from the Democratic Party or Hollywood. Some Trump supporters even spread the conspiracy count that Epstein was therefore eliminated by a “deep state”.
Last Monday, Bondi and Patel released a surprising memo: no “stressful ‘customer list'” was found – and, as previously assumed, Epstein committed suicide in prison. There is no further information in this case.
Donald Trump is said to have connections to Epstein
The reaction in the Maga warehouse was violent. “This is disgusting over all dimensions,” wrote the Trump supporter, radio presenter and well-known conspiracy theorist Alex Jones in the online service X. Next, the Ministry of Justice will claim that Epstein had never existed, he added sarcastically. The right-wing influencer Laura Loomer, who is said to have a great influence on Trump, called for the dismissal of Justice Minister Bondi. The President should “fire her because she has lied to its base and is a burden on the government,” Loomer asked for X.
Because of earlier statements about Epstein, Trump is also the focus of the affair. In 2002 he had described his neighbor Epstein at the time as “great guys” and said that he may “beautiful women as well as me” – and many of them were rather young.
Trump’s name had also appeared in later approved documents for the Epstein affair, but the incidental president was not accused of misconduct. Some in the Maga camp now suspect that Trump himself is on the alleged “customer list” and therefore wants to cover up the matter.
On Saturday, the president now visibly turned to his followers. “For years it is always about Epstein,” Trump wrote about Truth Social. “We don’t waste time and energy with Jeffrey Epstein, with someone who is not interested in anyone.”
