Syria: Observer: Dozens of dead in unrest in Syria

In the south of Syria there are violent clashes between Bedouins and Drusen. Activists report dozens of dead. The government in Damascus ordered reinforcements to the unrest province.

According to activists, dozens of people died in unrest in Syria. At least 27 members of the Drusian minority and ten Bedouins were killed in the clashes of armed groups in the southern province of Suwaida, reported the Syrian observation center for human rights and activists. More than 50 people were injured. A few days ago, the unrest had been triggered by a robbery on a Drusian adolescent on the highway between Damascus and Suwaida. The Ministry of Defense sent military reinforcements.
