The family wanted to achieve the suspensive effect of the lawsuit, the administrative court dismissed in April 2023. The family was therefore subject to departure regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit. In April 2025, the court negotiated the lawsuit for the award of international protection. The family has not yet been sent to the family.

Family successful in court
