Research by RTL/NTV and star Bring the prominent CDU politician Caroline Bosbach into explanation: Now her lawyers admit that she has received money.
The CDU member of the Bundestag, Caroline Bosbach, is increasingly in need of explanation. Like RTL/NTV and star Last Friday reported, the politician is said to have received 2500 euros from the party treasure via detours-handed over in cash by a CDU trainee.
Now, according to “Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger”, Bosbach’s lawyers admit that she actually accepted the money. In a statement that is available to the newspaper, it says: “Our client received no money from the CDU, but from Mr. Y. [dem CDU-Mitarbeiter, Anm. d. Red.]. And Mr. Y. made the payment to our client from his private funds. “
In January, the CDU trainee sent the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis district an invoice for alleged campaign aid-at the request of Caroline Bosbach, as he explained in an affidavit. However, he emphasizes that he himself had no benefits in the election campaign. Bosbach contradicts the presentation.
According to information from RTL/NTV and star Bosbach is said to have released the bill in an internal CDU chat group itself for payment. A high -ranking member of the district board confirmed that the party apparently did not check the bill.
Don’t you want to miss anything from the star?
Personally, competent and entertaining: Editor -in -chief Gregor Peter Schmitz sends you the most important content from the star-Credaction and arranges what Germany talks about.
After the transfer, the trainee took off the money and personally handed it over Bosbach-a process that another former CDU employee confirms in a second affidavit. The trainee has now been released by the CDU “due to the considerable loss of trust by the fraud claimed with the self -decorations” by means of fictitious bill.
Bosbach rejects allegations – but remains guilty
Bosbach’s lawyers reject the politician’s misconduct and speak of a “dirt campaign” by a former CDU employee. But why she accepted the money is still open. The fact that you want to have transferred 2500 euros to the CDU immediately after the accusations of the allegations, i.e. exactly the sum in question, appears contradictory in that it actually does not see any misconduct on her part.
Despite the invitation, Bosbach did not take part in a crisis meeting of the CDU district association Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis last Friday. Several participants report great resentment about their absence.
