A heavy Russian air raid killed at least 15 people in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv. This was announced by the city administration’s military chief, Tymur Tkatschenko. During the attack on Thursday night, a rocket hit a multi -storey residential building.



In the course of the day, higher number of victims were mentioned because further corpses were found in the ruins. “Unfortunately, the worst fears have come true of how many people could still be buried,” wrote Tkatschenko.

According to the Ukrainian President Wolodymyr Selenskyj, a six -year -old boy and his mother were among the dead. 145 injuries were counted by the evening, including 14 children. According to the Mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko, this was the highest number of injured minors in Kiev in Kiev since the beginning of the war.

At least one person was killed in a Russian attack in the eastern Ukrainian industrial city of Kramatork. Eleven others were injured, said the governor of the area, Wadym Filaschkin. A five -story house was targeted. Rescue workers searched for other victims in the ruins.

Filaschkin asked the remaining inhabitants of the city to flee to safer areas of the country due to the closer front front. The Russian-Ukrainian front line runs about 15 kilometers southeast of the city.





Russia reports conquest of small town Cschassiw Jar
