For a long time, Donald Trump started Vladimir Putin with velvet gloves. But now the tone of the US President becomes audible rougher. How does it get?
Donald Trump is apparently increasingly lost in his former understanding of Moscow: “Russia-I find it disgusting what they are doing,” said the US President of journalists about the recent attacks on Ukraine. “We will impose sanctions. I don’t know if sanctions are bothering him,” he added with a view to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
Kremlin unimpressed by Donald Trump’s threats of sanctions
It was only on Tuesday that Trump Moscow set a period of ten days to end the Ukraine War and otherwise threatened with sanctions. The Kremlin was unimpressed and continued to attack the Ukraine.
In the night of Thursday, at least 16 people were killed in Russian attacks on Kiev. At least one child was among the fatalities, explained the head of the military administration of the Ukrainian capital, Tymur Tkatschenko. Russia has fired a total of 309 drones and eight marching missiles on Ukraine since Wednesday evening, the Ukrainian Air Force said.
Russia claims to have conquered Tschassiw Jar
The Ministry of Defense in Moscow announced, however, that the Russian troops had conquered the city of Tschassiw Jar in the eastern Ukrainian region of Donetsk. The Ukrainian army denied this.
