Tech billionaire Elon Musk has to argue about a civil lawsuit for fraud and breach of contract. US federal judge Robert Pitman gave a lawsuit on Wednesday (local time) in which Musk was accused of cheating voters with a competition before the presidential election.
The applicant Jacqueline McAfert had credibly argued that she had no real chance of winning one million dollars, it says in the court decision. Musk wanted to obtain a dismissal of the lawsuit before the court in Austin.
A few weeks before the presidential election, Trump-supporter Musk had announced that it would be raffling up a million dollars every day by the election that signs a petition of his organization “America Pac”.
Elon Musk financed Trump’s election campaign with $ 250 million
Musk-the richest man in the world-financed Trump’s election campaign with more than $ 250 million and had become a confidante of the Republican. After Trump’s election victory, both worked closely together for months until they publicly flatten themselves.
