Volker Wissing wants to go back to work after a few months. However, the ex-transport minister returns to politics.
According to the “Spiegel”, Volker Wissing has a new job. The former transport minister catches the Capital company. There he should become the chairman of a new advisory board.
The company owner is the entrepreneur Harald Christ. Like Wissing, he was once a member of the FDP and even for one and a half years Federal Treasurer of the party.
After the coalition breaking of the traffic lights and the scandal around the so-called D-Day paper, both Wissing and also were Christ from the FDP leaked.
Wissing’s new job still has to be allowed
Wissing Christ should advise Christ and his company “on questions of long -term corporate orientation and investment decisions”, it is said.
Before that, however, the federal government’s consent is still required. A parental leave of 18 months actually applies to former cabinet members.
