Timetable for legislative projects

Against the background of the Russian threat, projects such as the law on accelerated procurement for the Bundeswehr and the law on the new military service are confirmed. Union and the SPD assure everything to do so that Ukraine can defend itself against Russia and negotiate from a position of strength.

Agency is put on paper during the new military service: “In order to achieve the derived total scope of 460,000 active soldiers and reservists, we will create a military service based on voluntary work.”

“We bring Germany on growth course”

The new number of more than three million unemployed is “a reminder and order at the same time,” Spahn formulated. The factions reaffirm: “We bring Germany on growth course”. They call competitive energy prices, less bureaucracy and faster planning and approval processes as the goal. At the same time, undeclared work and tax fraud should consistently fight and the income tax for small and medium -sized incomes should be reduced to the middle of the legislature.

Financial incentives are said to work for longer work. “We enable those who want to continue working voluntarily beyond the retirement age to earn up to 2,000 euros a month for a pension through an active pension,” it says.

The aim is also a higher collective bargaining: “In the event of federal public contracts from 50,000 euros and for startups in the first four years of the foundation of 100,000 euros, companies should have to offer their employees in the future.”

Pension package and “new basic security”

A “large pension package” is confirmed. In addition to the introduction of the so -called active pension, the goals also include the legal securing of the pension level at 48 percent by 2031.

Citizens’ money should be redesigned into a new basic security. The following applies: Rights and obligations should be bindingly regulated for both sides. And: “Anyone who rejects reasonable work despite the ability to work will have to expect a complete deprivation of performance in the future.”

In traffic policy, continuation of the Germany ticket beyond 2025 is a goal. There should be a fixed financing key for customers, the federal government and the federal states – and a “gradual social increase in the user share” from 2029.

After the exam, it remains publicly unclear how a new coalition dispute can be excluded when replacing judges’ positions at the Federal Constitutional Court. The attempt burst before the summer break and made great noise. All sides referred to internal discussions. The control of the migration also looked like it was out. The different positions had become clear here in the first few weeks and months.

Distribution fights make democracy unstable

The participants also advise the importance of the economic situation for the stability of democracy. “If the economy shrinks, someone can only have more if someone else has less. This automatically leads to distribution fights,” warned Spahn. The round discussed with the President of the Berlin Science Center, Nicola Fuchs-Schündeln. She said: “Distribution fights are always advantageous for the populists.”

Black and red want to achieve more understanding of the other positions. The “empathy for possibly difficult questions” in laws has already been considered, Miersch formulated. The managing parliamentary board members are also said to come together every quarter in Berlin.

Miersch made it clear to the Würzburg round with 35 participants. Because the agreements would now also have to be taught in the overall factions and in the government. Because it is central that the Spirit of Würzberg really grasp the coalition.
