China is considered Putin’s most important backing in the UkraineKlieg. Now both heads of state put their good relationship with show – and allegedly seal more than 20 deals.
The President of Russia and China emphasized their good relationship at a meeting in Beijing. Relationships have survived the examination of international change and could still be expanded, said China’s state and party leader XI Jinping according to the official news agency Xinhua.
Accordingly, both sides signed more than 20 cooperation agreements, including in the areas of energy, aviation, artificial intelligence and agriculture. According to Kremlin, Putin said that Russian-Chinese relationships were “unprecedented high level”.
What XI and Putin said about the Russian attack war against Ukraine remained unclear. According to information from Beijing, both talked about “regional questions of common interest”.
Putin at Parade with Kim
Putin and XI also emphasized that the military parade on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War came to the other side. Like North Korea’s ruler Kim Jong-un, Putin will attend Beijing China’s military parade on Wednesday.
China is considered the most important backing of the Ukraine secretary because Beijing had so far not convicted Moscow’s procedure and had represented Russian demands in his own suggestions for a solution to the conflict. In addition, western countries accuse China of supplying Russia with goods that can also be used for military purposes and thus supporting the Russian armaments industry.
China and Russia for new world order
On Monday, XI and Putin had spoken out for a new world order at the Shanghaier Organization for Cooperation (SOZ). The Russia -friendly SoZ is considered a counterweight to western alliances. Putin had said that the “Eurocentric and Euro -Atlantic model” had survived.
