Hamas member: Al-Haja survived the attack in Doha

The high-ranking Hamas leader abroad, Chalil al-Haja, is said to have survived the Israeli attack in Qatar, according to a member of the Islamist terrorist organization. A son Al-Haja and his office manager were killed, a Hamas member told Al-Dschaira to the Qatarian news channel. Other Arab media with proximity to Qatar also reported this.
The Catar Ministry of the Interior said that a security force had been killed and several injured.
In the attack, several people were apparently killed from the Hamas surroundings. The German Press Agency learned “several fatalities”, the German press agency from Hamas. The terrorist organization initially did not comment on its official channels.
Al-Haja has already lost several family members with Israel as part of the Hamas conflict. His wife, three of his children and three of his brothers were killed when Israel’s military bombed his place of residence in the Gaza Strip in 2007. Al-Haja himself survived the attack.
Since the beginning of the Gaza War almost two years ago, Israel has already killed numerous rank-high Hamas guides and commanders in the Gaza Strip, including Jihia al-Sinwar and Mohammed Deif. Israel killed the then political leader of Hamas, Ismail Hanija, at an attack in Tehran.
