Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the convening of 135,000 men for military service by decree. The 18- to 30-year-olds would be confiscated from October 1 to December 31, it was said in the decree published by the government newspaper “Rossijskaja Gaseta”. The recruits in Putin’s war of attack against Ukraine may only be used after one -year military service. You must then commit to military service by contract.
So far, Russia has always moved in twice a year – each in spring and autumn. This spring there was the record number of 160,000 new soldiers.
