The world is out of joint – and despite the great dismay we must not forget to think about all the actionism. the star asked the women’s rights activist Alice Schwarzer what she thinks about the war – and what concerns she has now.
The feminist worries above all about the women from the war zone: “They flee on foot with their children. When they reach the border exhausted, the men who want to take them into prostitution are already waiting. Even at German train stations, the gentlemen have already positioned itself. Police union warns.” On the Internet, according to Schwarzer, “fresh meat from the Ukraine” is already being celebrated in relevant forums.
Schwarzer quotes shocking statements from a freelance forum: “I’m thinking of all the young Ukrainians who will soon be here. It’s going to be a party!” And another: “Finally a welcome wave of refugees.” According to Schwarzer, cynicism knows no bounds.
