In an emotional video message, former boxing world champion Wladimir Klitschko thanked the Germans and their government for their help in defending against the Russian invasion of his Ukrainian homeland.
“The support that Germany is giving Ukraine is remarkable – be it material aid, the provision of essential goods or weapons,” said Klitschko in the cell phone video published on Twitter on Saturday, which he recorded at the end of his two-day stay in front of the Reichstag building in Berlin took up.
