The focus of the posters is on top candidate and governor Thomas Stelzer, the slogans are short: “Courage and humanity” and “decency and common sense” are the messages with which the VP wants to score.
“Thomas Stelzer stands like no other for reliability and handshake quality. At the end of the summer, we are relying on the values that define him and his politics,” says VP country manager Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer for his party leader.

Hattmannsdorfer yesterday also presented a survey commissioned by the VP: “When it comes to leadership in the state, people have a clear opinion. 59 percent of Upper Austrians would directly elect Thomas Stelzer as governor and 77 percent of compatriots have one good opinion of his work. This means that his course has met with broad approval across party lines, “says Hattmannsdorfer.
In addition, 82 percent of those surveyed were satisfied with the work of the Upper Austrian provincial government, according to the VP provincial manager.
