An act that shocked the entire country. The trial against the two defendants, Andreas S. and Florian V., continues today. The main defendant Andreas S. pleads self-defense and blames the death of the police student on the co-defendant V. But the files come to different conclusions, says Jonah Lemm : “He (Andreas S.) probably noticed shortly before the escape that the police officer was still alive and shot her again in the head at close range.” The accused is said to have been involved with weapons and hunting all his life, Lemm summarizes: “Weapons have determined his life.”
The public prosecutor accuses S. of attempted murder in conjunction with dangerous bodily harm and two other murders. But because the statements are so diametrically opposed, this could prolong the process, reports reporter Jonah Lemm on “Today Important”: “If the process is prolonged, the suffering will naturally also be prolonged.”
