“I dare say that all tests will fall out. All evidence obtained in geolocations and emails is obtained through the provision of metadata by the operators. The deputy asked to convict three defendants: Paulo Gonçalves is accused of 50 crimes, including one of active corruption; Julio Loureiro (judicial officer) for 1 offense of passive corruption; and José Augusto Silva (judicial official) for 75 crimes. The reading of the verdict is scheduled for November 4.
