Dashon Holland, 34, died in Utah, United States of America, while driving his Harley-Davidson after the Tesla Autopilot crashed into the back of the motorcycle.
Holland was a single father and died from injuries sustained in the accident.
The US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration launched an investigation that concluded that the driver of the vehicle did not see Dashaun and that he was on autopilot.
In this case, 20 Tesla-related deaths have already been recorded.
According to The Mirror, the company has warned that drivers using autopilot should keep their hands on the steering wheel at all times so they can regain control of the car if necessary.
