The Macau government condemned this Wednesday the visit of the leader of the US House of Representatives to Taiwan, describing it as “violent interference in China’s internal affairs.”
“Government of Macau SAR [região administrativa especial de Macau] maintains the same position in the affairs of Taiwan, insisting on protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of China and firmly defending the principle of “One China,” the Macau government’s press office said in a statement.
