SPD chancellor candidate Olaf Scholz won the first TV triall before the federal election on RTL and n-tv. This was the result of a quick poll by the Forsa opinion research institute immediately following the broadcast moderated by Pinar Atalay and Peter Kloeppel.
When asked who made the best impression at the Triell, 36 percent of the 2500 respondents answered with Olaf Scholz. 30 percent thought Green candidate Annalena Baerbock was the winner. CDU candidate Armin Laschet followed in third place with 25 percent.

Olaf Scholz: Also most likable for many
Olaf Scholz was also in the lead when it came to the question of which candidate had the most likable effect. 38 percent of those surveyed found him particularly likeable, closely followed by Annalena Baerbock (37 percent).
