Federal party leader Herbert Kickl made an all-round blow against political competition. Lead candidate LHStv. Manfred Haimbuchner demanded that all subsidies in the country, for which this was legally possible, be linked to knowledge of the German language and a “zero asylum seeker quota from Afghanistan”.

Compulsory German and reasonable retraining

Once again he insisted on the “compulsory German” in school. But also all state subsidies would have to be linked to German language skills “where this is legally possible”.
He also called for “sensible” retraining in the fight against unemployment, “not the” 370.
