Portuguese Prime Minister António Costa said this Wednesday that the international community “cannot forget Ukraine” and ensured that Portugal would remain on the side of the Ukrainians, welcoming the country and its people on Independence Day.
In a tweet, António Costa “congratulated Ukraine and Ukrainians on their Independence Day celebrations,” a date he described as “special this year, proving the courage and resilience of this nation.”
“The international community cannot forget Ukraine. Portugal remains on your side,” he stressed.
