TAP passengers call PSP after refusing to board a plane owned by another company

Several TAP passengers called the police because they did not want to board another company’s plane after paying five thousand euros for a Portuguese company’s business class flight from Lisbon to Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Passengers claim that when they arrived on the Hi Fly plane, which was supposed to be on the same TAP flight, they did not find the conditions they paid for.

contacted morning PostTAP says all passengers have been informed of the flight change, adding that all business class customers have received a compensation voucher.

The aircraft change for the flight from Lisbon to Sao Paulo was for maintenance reasons, TAP added.
