António Costa also announced a 40% increase in funds allocated to projects under the Strategic Cooperation Program with Mozambique. “The amount of funds allocated for programs, projects and actions will exceed 90 million euros,” he said.
António Costa also signed the Compact Portuguese Program for Portugal to provide €400 million in guarantees for African Development Bank financing for business investments in Portuguese-speaking African countries.
