Ukraine war: Video is said to show the use of banned incendiary bombs

Watch the video: Russian incendiary bombs over Oserne – video is said to show violation of Geneva Conventions.

This video is intended to show the use of Russian incendiary bombs in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian armed forces write on Twitter that the Russian incendiary shells are of the “9m22s” type.

The verification team star confirms that the images are from the village of Oserne in eastern Ukraine.

Ukrainian MP Roman Hryshchuk posted the clip on Twitter. However, it is unclear which war party filmed the video. There is also no information about injuries or deaths.

Additional protocols to the Geneva Conventions prohibit the use of incendiary weapons against civilians or in a manner that could easily cause so-called collateral damage.

Against this background, use in urban areas is outlawed.
