A clear majority of German citizens does not consider CSU boss Söder to be a good supporter of Armin Laschet. There is a different opinion among Union supporters.
According to a survey, two thirds of German citizens do not consider CSU boss Markus Söder to be a good supporter of Union chancellor candidate Armin Laschet.
In a survey by the “Civey” Institute for the “Augsburger Allgemeine”, 66 percent responded accordingly. 21 percent answered the question: “Is the CSU party chairman Markus Söder, in your opinion, a good supporter of Union Chancellor candidate Armin Laschet” with “Yes”, 13 percent were undecided. Of the Union supporters, according to the survey, 51 percent thought Söder was a good supporter, 34 percent disagreed.
