Attila Hildmann: stern reporter about hunting in Turkey – at “important today”

in the “important today”- reports star-Author Tina Kaiser on her complex and dangerous search for Attila Hildmann – and how she ended up standing in front of a lonely man who hadn’t learned anything.

“Overall, he seems relatively unhappy to me, maybe lonely. He lives in a foreign country and doesn’t speak the language”says star-Author Tina Kaiser in the 390th episode of the podcast “important today”. The journalist researched for months, followed tracks and went undercover into Telegram chats: “Starting in June, Hildmann advertised an exclusive support group in his public channels. The promise was that anyone who donates money or buys his vegan Bolognese and passes an attitude test will be admitted to this group. That worked in my case and so I got an invitation link from him and got into the “Wolf’s Lair”that’s what he called this group at the time. […] As the name sounds, that’s how it went, it’s a bunch of really tough Nazis and anti-Semites who worship Hitler and are preparing for some kind of fight and see Attila Hildmann as a kind of successor to Adolf Hitler”according to Kaiser “important today”.

The first hot lead in the search for Hildmann

The journalist did her own research, as did the amateur detectives “Hildbusters” accompanied. They evaluated and compared every single image. They searched various locations virtually for months. “What the “Wolf’s Lair” me and others, that was the breakthrough in the search for Hildmann. He’s been much more outspoken about sharing private videos and photos there, including a video of a veterinarian, and that’s what ultimately led us to him”says Kaiser.

The encounter with Attila Hildmann

Tina Kaiser from staran RTL team and a representative of “Hildbusters” finally thought carefully about how they want to confront Hildmann. Since there was evidence he might be armed, they waited for him to walk his dog. And then they suddenly stood in front of him. Kaiser describes the moment like this: “He wasn’t thrilled to see us, but he switched to a kind of autopilot relatively quickly and started spreading the same – sorry – garbage, the same hatred of Jews that he’s been spouting all day long on Telegram. The Jews are to blame for Corona, the Jews invented the Ukraine war to deindustrialize Germany, the Jews are also to blame for Hildmann’s own sad existence.”

Possible extradition to Germany

After the exclusive star-Research in cooperation with RTL, things could now get moving. Because like them “Berlin newspaper” reported, the authorities in the capital are said to be trying to extradite Hildmann. The Federal Criminal Police Office, the Federal Office of Justice, the Foreign Office and the Turkish authorities are involved. A spokesman for the Berlin Attorney General wanted to go to the trial “for investigative reasons” say nothing. The amount of a possible penalty is decisive for a successful extradition. He is currently accused of 80 crimes.
