Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck (Greens) sees the country as largely prepared for the winter. “Through political decisions, we have created a situation that is better and more stable than could have been foreseen at the beginning of the year,” said the Green politician during a visit to Dresden.
You started with empty storage tanks and were completely dependent on Russian gas. “Now the storage facilities are full,” said Habeck – they are approaching the 100 percent mark, although they have not purchased Russian gas for some time. Nevertheless, every effort must be made to save energy, appealed the Federal Minister of Economics.
In the past few months, the Green Party politician, who is responsible for business and climate, has already visited several federal states. Saxony is the tenth stop on his trip.
