The question is whether compliance with the 3G rule, i.e. proof of vaccination, recovery or a current test, should be a prerequisite for professional activity in the future. The two ministries had invited representatives from the social partners and the Federation of Industrialists at specialist level. Questions of the technical implementation of such a regulation and the legal framework were discussed. “It was stated that further details are necessary for a possible regulation”, stated the ministries in their joint statement.
