VP and MFG met for the first “getting to know each other”

LH-Thomas Stelzer had invited the vaccine skeptics to “get to know each other” because he took “the worries and obviously unanswered questions” seriously, he had said the day before. The MFG list first Joachim Aigner came “without expectations”.

Stelzer takes worries and obvious questions seriously

The last of the conversations between the VP and a party was also the one anticipated with the greatest anticipation: the opponents, LH Thomas Stelzer and the representatives of the MFG had not yet known each other personally. The vaccine skeptics managed to get into the state parliament out of nowhere with three mandates. After the “skepticism in the population” was even enough for a party to be able to move into the state parliament, Stelzer said: “I take seriously the concerns and the obviously open questions that exist. We will also talk to this new state parliament party about this “, the LH had already declared in advance.

State managing director Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer spoke of “getting to know each other” right before the meeting. One is a country of “togetherness”, therefore one speaks with representatives of all future parties in the state parliament. Aigner was accompanied by Dagmar Husler and Manuel Krautgartner – number two and three on the state list – and election campaign manager Gerhard Pttler was also there. The invitation was accepted without having any particular expectations.

The party talks conclude with NEOS

The first round of party talks will conclude with the NEOS on Friday evening. As with the meeting with the MFG, it is not about exploring a possible coalition, since the VP with the Pinkies does not have a majority in the state parliament.

So far, the best coalition chances have generally been attributed to the FP. However, there are already headwinds from within the VP: As the “O. Nachrichten” reported in its Thursday edition, several black mayors are mobilizing against black and blue. When asked about this, Stelzer said: All opinions in the party were taken into account, but: “There is no decision that everyone likes 100 percent.” With whom the VP then actually enters into coalition talks, you will probably know on Monday, when the VP national party executive meets.
