If Daniel Fried has his way, Monday a week ago was a historic turning point. A breakthrough so important that he insists on giving the interview between doctor’s visits from the hospital where he is suffering from a viral infection.
“President Biden’s visit to Kiev follows a series of epoch-making moments such as John F.
