Most 13-year-olds in the US are likely to be flipping through comics, playing video games, or swiping through social media clips after school. And then there are those who scrape blood and animal remains off factory floors after class. In February, about one such case in which a cleaning company had 102 children cleaned at night in slaughterhouses in eight states; the company then had to pay a $1.5 million fine.
