In addition to the nationwide “lockdown for unvaccinated people”, food and drinks in the hospitality industry may in future only be consumed while sitting. No night catering
Discotheques, dance halls as well as trade and public fairs are generally closed until December 5th. In the cultural sector, only those venues that are operated “all year round and regularly” and “serve the respective purpose with overall entrepreneurial responsibility” remain open. This means that facilities such as the State Theater and the museums remain open. Admission is only possible with the 2G certificate and FFP2 mask.
Meetings within the framework of the association’s activities remain permissible without limitation, as can be seen from the ordinance of the state of Upper Austria available to the OÖNachrichten. With the federal regulation, only vaccinated and recovered members can take part in the club meetings. From 50 people, according to the Covid measures that have been in effect to date, there is a notification obligation and a prevention concept including a dedicated representative.
In amateur football, only “ghost games” will be allowed on the sports fields in the state. Events in the context of top-class or professional sport are also allowed with spectators, provided that structural and organizational measures (e.g. fixed rows of seats and assigned seats) do not result in any mixing and interaction of the audience, it said. It will be mandatory to wear FFP2 masks.
