In the video, the hostage speaks of a press conference with the families of the abductees the day before. “We know there should be a ceasefire, you should have freed us all, you committed to releasing us all,” the woman says in Hebrew, addressing Netanyahu. “Instead, we bear the burden of your political, security, military and diplomatic failures. Because of this mess you did on October 7th, because the army wasn’t there, nobody came, nobody protected us and we – innocent civilians – Citizens who pay taxes to the State of Israel are in captivity, in terrible conditions.”
She accuses Netanyahu of wanting to “kill us all.” The statement could refer to the Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip. The woman asks: “Haven’t enough Israeli citizens been killed?” and strongly calls for a deal to release the hostages and Palestinian prisoners. “Let’s go back to our families – now!” she screams at the end of the video.
It is the second video that Hamas has published. Two weeks ago, recordings of a young woman who also has French citizenship were distributed.
