Hamas, which rules in the Gaza Strip, stops foreigners from leaving the country after an Israeli attack on an ambulance. A source close to the Egyptian Red Crescent also confirmed to the German Press Agency that employees of the Palestinian Red Crescent had been instructed by the authorities to stop transporting wounded Palestinians for the time being.
