Police in Belgium stopped a coach because of a terror warning. A fellow passenger reported to the police that other passengers had been talking about an attack, said a spokeswoman for the East Flanders public prosecutor’s office.

The bus was examined inside and out, including with an explosives dog. It was initially unclear whether the conversation was about the specific preparation of an attack.
