These would have to be synchronized with sirens and apps so that the warning structure interlocked well. “It’s a very complex task,” says Lawrenz. When asked why one would not have acted immediately after the failed warning day, he replies: “We took action immediately. The realignment is in full swing. The warning infrastructure is currently being checked.”
