The State Duma adopted in the III reading the law on the extension of the dacha amnesty

The State Duma on Friday, December 17, adopted in the third, final reading a bill to extend the dacha amnesty until March 1, 2031.

The extended regime implies the ability to register and register a residential or garden house on the basis of only a technical plan and a title deed for a plot, if this right is not listed in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

In this case, in this case, we mean plots that are in state or municipal ownership.

At the same time, the dacha amnesty will not affect specially protected areas. Also, the law regulates that during the period of consideration of a citizen’s application for the provision of a land plot, a local government body does not have the right to demolish a house.

According to the speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, the project is designed to additionally protect the rights of citizens who have inherited property, whose former owners did not have time to take advantage of the dacha amnesty.
