Feldsher-midwife stations (FAP) in 2022 may receive the right to sell drugs, they plan to use the Russian Guard in the protection of schools, and they want to supply elderly people with dementia with bracelets with information about the owner. The head of the movement’s executive committee Mikhail Kuznetsov told Izvestia about these initiatives of the All-Russian Popular Front on Monday, December 20.
Speaking about medical care in the primary care, Kuznetsov mentioned a case when a pharmacy was closed in the Rostov region. At the same time, the bus to the regional center, where there is a pharmacy, runs only four times a week. Discussing the situation with the Ministry of Health, the “People’s Front” offered to sell drugs in FAPs, at least essential supplies, and where there are no pharmacies. The Ministry of Health, according to the head of the executive committee, supported the idea.
In connection with several armed attacks on educational institutions in 2021, the ONF, together with the Russian Guard, want to ensure that schools receive high-quality security. According to Kuznetsov, there will not be enough municipal budgets for such a project, at the expense of which schools are maintained, which means that a decision must be made at the regional level.

Talking about the future initiatives of the ONF, the head of the executive committee also mentioned a joint project with the Liza Alert organization – bracelets with NFC tags for elderly people who have memory problems.
