“I will add that the new composition of the Duma has not yet shown itself. The most resonant bills that were discussed in this convocation are QR codes, and this is clearly not the topic that could increase loyalty to our main representative body. Let’s hope that next year the new convocation of parliamentarians will show itself brighter, “Fedorov stressed.
He also added that so far in public opinion, there is no particular growth in the subjectivity of the Duma. Valery Fedorov also recalled that the parties are gradually being updated. “They seem to be frozen, but they are not. Processes are going on, but slower than a discerning voter would like. I think the main update is yet to come, ”concluded Fedorov.
