The case against the woman who claims to have been raped by the mayor is now off the table. As reported, Höckner remains on trial after the trial was adjourned to obtain further evidence. It has not yet been determined when the negotiation will continue. As reported, cell phones and laptops of the accused mayor are to be evaluated in order to check time and place information.
No new evidence
Höckner argued to the judges’ senate that the “dominant” and “dominant” behavior of his colleague at the time did not fit into the image of a victim of repeated sexual offenses. The woman only wanted to “take revenge” because he had not returned her love. The court stressed, however, that the 54-year-old had not brought forward any new evidence of his innocence, but rather only “his own impressions, speculations and speculations that lack a substantive response”. While the accused describes the handkerchief with its sperm traces as “staged and manipulated”, the court refers to the contradicting statements of the politician about the creation of these traces.
