The Israeli Air Force says it has killed another high-ranking Hezbollah commander in an attack in the Lebanese capital Beirut. The head of the Islamist militia’s headquarters, Suhail Hussein Husseini, was killed in a targeted attack on Monday, the army said on Tuesday morning. He was also a member of Hezbollah’s Jihad Council, the top military body of the Iran-backed Shiite extremist organization. According to the army, Husseini was also responsible for arms shipments from Iran to Lebanon and their subsequent distribution.
