Trump, Musk and Kennedy cheered at cage fighting event
Donald Trump is obviously a fan of mixed martial arts: The future US president appeared with his entourage at an MMA event in New York and sat at the cage.
Donald Trump attended a cage fighting event in New York and was celebrated by martial arts fans. The spectators cheered as the 78-year-old US President-elect entered the arena at Madison Square Garden in the East Coast metropolis on Saturday.
Trump was accompanied by several members of his future leadership team, including Elon Musk and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

A video of Trump campaign highlights was shown on the giant screen above the fighting cage. The film ended with the numbers 45 and 47, symbolizing the Republican’s previous and upcoming presidency. Fans chanted “USA, USA” – a common rallying cry in Trump’s election campaign.

Trump then watched the mixed martial arts (MMA) fights from the front row directly in front of the cage. He sat next to Musk – the billionaire is supposed to head a new efficiency department for the president-elect. Trump’s designated Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., was also in attendance. According to images published on the online network X, he flew to the event with Trump in his private jet.
When he entered the arena, Trump was accompanied by the head of the powerful martial arts association UFC, Dana White, who had massively supported Trump during the election campaign.
Former Democratic congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, who will become intelligence coordinator after Trump takes office in January, also accompanied the 78-year-old. Trump’s sons Eric and Don Jr. and musician Kid Rock, also an avowed fan of the president-elect, were also there.
