Boris Pistorius travels to Norway for a submarine deal. It is a kind of farewell tour for the office of defense minister. But he doesn’t have to fear the end of his career.

The evening before, for the first leg of his trip to Kiev, the Chancellor took the flight standby plane that was actually intended for the Defense Minister’s trip to Norway at short notice.
But that’s not a disadvantage for Pistorius: he has now flown in an Airbus that has tighter seating and offers space for more passengers.
