Pizza place in Norfolk
They want 120 euros for the Hawaiian pizza. But it’s not about the money for them

Ever since a Norfolk restaurant charged €120 for a Hawaiian pizza, Britain has been debating the wisdom and nonsense of pineapple on pizza. And what do the troublemakers say?
When it comes to food, the British are known to be as particular as they are eager to discuss things. An example of this is “Marmite”, a dark brown seasoning paste made from yeast extract with the consistency of machine oil. Some people spread the stuff on their toast, others can’t stand it. The “Marmite” debate is older than the one about Brexit and at least as polarizing – but fortunately less consequential. So far, anyway.
