A center of the Russian oil industry in Nischni Novgorod on the Volga was hit by a Ukrainian drone attack in the night. Videos and photos showed a major fire in the city of Kstowo, in which a refinery and several petrochemical factories are located.
The governor of the region, Gleb Nikitin, confirmed that a falling drone had triggered a fire there. He did not give any details. There are no injuries. One of the local companies also spoke of a fire. KStowo is about 800 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
