Previously, a 16-year-old had already been killed in a drone attack in Dschenin.
The Israeli army said that in Kabatia a “car with terrorists” was attacked with an aircraft. A group of armed people was also attacked in Dschenin. Israel had started the largest military operation in Dschenin on January 21. The city is considered a stronghold of militant Palestinians. More than 20 people have been killed there since the start of the mission.
The procedure of the Israeli armed forces in Dschenin takes place at a time when the already tensioned situation in the West Bank has drastically intensified against Palestinian civilians in view of a strength of militant Palestinians and increasing violence of radical Israeli settlers.
