While the world awaits the beginning of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, death continues in the war zone. Russian attacks are again demanding civilian victims.
As a result of Russian drone and artillery attacks, at least three civilians were killed in the eastern Ukrainian area of Donetsk. Two men were killed in a Russian drone attack in the city of Lyman, said the public prosecutor’s office at Telegram. In the city of Myrnohrad, a woman was also killed by artillery shot. Two other civilians were injured by Russian fire in Kostjantyniwka and the village of Stawky. All towns are only a few kilometers away from the front line.
Ukraine has been defending itself against a Russian invasion for a little more than three years.
