Russia’s war of aggression: Media: Russian soldiers condemned for murder

According to media reports, a military court in Rostow southern Russian has sentenced two soldiers to long prison terms for murdering a young woman in the occupied eastern Ukrainian area. A Russian lieutenant was 18 years in prison, his subordinate to 12 years, the independent “Mediazona” portal reported to the court’s press service.

The case had caused a sensation because of its brutality. According to the court, the victim from the Luhansk region was an extramarital affair of the officer. After an argument, he brought the 23-year-old out of fear that his wife could find out from the affair together with his subordinate to the barracks.

There they captivated the young woman and combined her eyes with adhesive tape. Other soldiers in unity told the woman that the woman was a Ukrainian spy. A total of around 20 times the lieutenant stabbed the victim. To blur traces, they later blew the body with hand grenades.

Before he was arrested, the officer was known as the author of poems to glorify the Russian war of attack in Ukraine. The Russian Ministry of Defense had reported on him on his telegram channel in a propaganda film. Russia has been war on Ukraine for more than three years.
